Clinton had a chance last night in her "victory" speech to heal the party and save the Clinton's legacy.

I am very disappointed in Clinton and I think the American people are disappointed.

What we witnessed last night was the death of the old politics of pander, deception and divisiveness in the Democratic party. A sad spectacle of the end of the hypocritical politics that has controlled the Democratic party for decades.

Next stop McCain and the Republican party.

I want to comment on the criticism of the media and I go clear back to the Walter Cronkite days. Then, it was super professional. All newscasters took great pains to give just the bare facts and show no bias. There was a great deal of dignity but in a way it was quite sterile. Nowadays the media is about half tabloid, it boosts ratings. That's why they've been focusing on Wright...he's a cartoon character. That's why they have followed Bill Clinton on his stumps...he's such a colorful character. You could liken these guys to Grandpa Munster...over the top.
At the same time, you see a lot more bias and opinion with the Media now. This gets people stirred up but my take on it is...good, good to get stirred up. Listening to the varied opinions lets us form our own conclusions. All in all I give the media good marks, and I love Keith Oberman. As for the actual subject of this post, McCain...YUK!

Ah the fun isn't over. Hillary and Obama are stuck with each other no matter what happens. I haven't seen any real signs that Republicans have learned that acting like democrats is what cost them. Democrats are only in power now because they recruited more conservative members. Anyone in their right mind knows both dems are lying about what they'll be able to do. Besides we can't go another 4 years of having democrats and their buddies in the media terrorizing the American people. Republicans need time to recruit new talent, and rebuild. What could be more fun than watching a couple of democrats fail AGAIN. The next two Supreme Court judges to go will probably be Liberals. The Republicans left in the Senate need to make sure those 2 either never get a hearing or at least get hearings as fair as Thomas and Bork. Does anyone really want to listen to 4 more years of lies and conspiracy theories from democrats on how they lost this one? be more fun than watching a couple of democrats fail AGAIN.

The Supreme Court nominee SHOULD be another reason no-one should vote for McCain come fall........we can't afford to have one more ultra-conservative judge appointed.............so all of you Hillary supporters who threaten to vote for McCain because she won't be your nominee need to think of that. To everyone who is still talking about "electability" and how divided the Democratic Party is: Anyone else notice the "Operation Chaos" effect in Indiana?

When asked who they'd vote for in a Clinton/McCain match-up in November, 14% of Clinton voters don't plan to support her in the General.

To repeat: 14% of people who cast a vote for Hillary Clinton in Indiana DO NOT PLAN TO VOTE FOR HER IN THE GENERAL ELECTION.

Specifically: In a hypothetical Clinton-McCain match-up, 16% said they'd vote for McCain, and 41% of those were Clinton voters. (That's 16% x 41% = 6.6% of all voters in the primary.) Similarly, 9% said they wouldn't vote at all in such a matchup, and 4% of those were Clinton voters. (That's 9% x 4% = 0.4% of all voters in the primary.) Altogether, that means that about 7% of the total don't plan on voting for Clinton in the general DESPITE voting for her in the Indiana primary -- and that works about to about 14% of all her supporters yesterday!

Even if you assume that this is a statistical aberration, she won by less than 2% ... the "Operation Chaos" voters outnumber her margin of victory by 5 to 1, so it would be an amazing coincidence for this to be anything but a real effect.

Rush Limbaugh is laughing at everyone right now. It's one thing for Democrats to honestly decide to continue the process to vet both candidates as fully as possible, but it's quite another to drag it out for 2 months due to this sort of fraud. Limbaugh and everyone who votes this way should be ashamed of themselves.

1. Keep required delegates at 2025.
2. Give 40% of Florida and Michigan to Senator Obama (about 146 delegates).
3. Senator Obama's web claims 184.5 delegates minus 146 delegates from Florida and Michigan equals 39 needed.
4. Get 39 superdelegates to give Senator Obama the nomination.
5. The Clintons get to go home for a much needed rest. As compensation, the Clintons can get a dog and name it BS.
